highland park

I found a perfectly fitting pippi longstocking shirt for raquel last week in a thrift store... pippi is her childhood heroine, and i was happy that she put it on right away and didn't take it off, even to sleep!

raquel now lives in highland park, los angeles. she's just starting to explore her neighborhood and get settled- it's so intense to do that. i think she's doing a good job, but she's also more stressed than i've ever seen her.... (she has her education reform work charts taped up on her kitchen walls!)

we thought that we might go out and experience music in our heightened state, but that was a silly idea after all. instead we danced, laughed and periodically realized how GOOD stretching felt so we did that alot too.
